"Food Fiesta Project"?

Assalamualaikum, I’m Muhammad Iqmal Bin Abdul Hanif, student from UiTM Shah Alam.  This final semester, I am currently taking CBE658: Food Preservation Technology subject. This subject required me to complete an assignment known as ‘Preserved Food Fiesta’ given by my lecturer. Today, I want to share some information about how to complete this project.

On 24^th April 2018, all of my classmates were ordered by Madam Nurul Ashikin to perform a group to complete the food fiesta project. Each group have to sell any kind of food that implied the food preservation topics learnt in the class. So, about two days later, my friend and I performed a six members’ group and we need to discuss what kind of food we should sell.

After that, we have decided to sell popcorn and tempura nugget sticks. Why do my group choose this food?  This is because tempura nugget was easy to be prepared...and for the popcorn, we decided to get it from the supplier called ‘Persada Popcorn’. For your information, this company come out with the best popcorn taste in Malaysia! They often used Instagram apps to promote their product.

As for now, we agreed to sell this food to complete the food fiesta project. Besides, we also must determine our target customer that will purchase our product. For the next post, I will update about the relation about the food that we have choose to the topic of food preservation and the progress about our project.
